I'm sure you researched it, but how is the liability insurance working for aerial (drone) application? I know that quite often farm liability insurance will not cover a drone if it's flown over other than the insured's property.

So, is liability coverage easily attainable for custom drone flying (aerial application in this case)? 

I believe some try to cover their ownership trail by leasing or renting the equipment, but does this really stand the test of the court system?

Just wondering, not arguing.
