just a tish NE of central ND | Jeez...... that bad. Medical information mistakes can cost lives. An important man in my life had a bad reaction from penicillin-based antibiotic, when it was missed on his records that he was allergic to penicillin. It could have killed him.
Sound like our UPS route. Seems like getting records updated is hard or slow. Years ago, like 25 years ago we had lost our dog that barked a lot at visitors. Never hurt anyone. The NEW UPS guys still have the 20+year-old information saying we have a bad dog, so they are always looking for him. We don't have a dog.. But the record must still say we have the same "bad dog"
