I get what you're saying. My grandmother was hospitalized after a moderate stroke but wasn't making a lot of progress. Grandpa was with her and became concerned that she was having some pretty significant symptoms, so called the nurse in. She checked Grandma and all bright-and-shiny smiley says "oh her blood pressure's the best it's been since she was admitted"...........yeah, that's right......because she'd just had another stroke and the blown-out blood vessel let her BP drop significantly.
