We landed up changing the load sense orifice in both valves to an adjustable needle valve to be able to make the system behave.
I'm clueless on specifics, but I noticed in another topic on Trimble platform kits different volume flows for different tractors
MAN/VLV DO3 22L/MIN CC - CERES
Flow Switch Manual Over-Ride 1.2 GPM
VALVE-DO3-8L/MIN-24VCOIL
Flow Switch - Bi-Directional 0.50 GPM
