He really gives off some Food Babe vibes. Tartrazine is a byproduct of coal tar and coal tar is very harmful! Yes, coal tar contains tartrazine, but that's not how food grade dye is obtained. Meanwhile we're going to rattle off a broad list of problems the dye is proposed to cause, with only a couple of them actually having any merit. But it's banned in other countries! Which at this time is only Norway.

But hey, if we remove all chemicals our health problems will immediately go away. All of them! No matter as to life style differences between us and other countries, genetic predisposition, or (when we want to pick on healthcare costs) vast differences in how healthcare is managed.
