Need specifics here...brand/model, how setup....With my Reach M2, I can setup the base on NAD83, WGS84, etc. datums. The base's coordinates determine the datum being used. GNSS receivers are receiving WGS84(G2296) reference frame (updated 7 January 2024), and if NAD83(2011) coordinates are inserted into base's configuration, then NAD83(2011) is what the rover will receive.
As Trimble Man said (4/14/2020), "The other issue you have is both lines were set using different base stations, so unless they were both surveyed in, the lines are going to be in different places. "
