I mean Russia has way to much milatary might for the USA to ever think about trying to go to battle with them. And that's not even mentioning the milatary genius they have at the helm.
Of course the fact that they have spent 3 years losing ground to a country fighting them with 5 generation old milatary equipment might give one some pause.

They’ve gotten plenty of high tech weaponry, howitzers, tanks, intelligence, etc from the west. They DID have restrictions on where they could use them against Russians.
And, turns out Ukrainians are pretty adept at improvising and innovating too. But, to say Ukrainians are using bows and arrows and rocks and clubs is plain stupid
