Subject: Problems with Pioneer 26a20 non gmo beans

I have been planting only non gmo beans for at least 8 years. I have not had a load rejected for traits until this fall. This year I only grew clear hilum non gmo beans for a food program. I had a DF variety and Pioneer 26a20 both are clear hilum beans. The DF variety was planted first and combined first all passed for traits and clear hilum. When I took the first load of Pioneer beans to the elevator they tested them and they failed for traits they told me they would come take a sample off the top of the truck to eliminate the chance of the probe having gmo beans in it. That test also failed for traits with more that 3% Liberty over 1% Roundup, and over 1% Enlist the also found dark hilum beans in the sample. When I went back home I found the beans that I drained out of the planter there were dark hilum beans in that bucket I also took a sample back to the elevator and they failed for traits also. I have not planted dark hilum beans this year and only put the DF beans and the Pioneer beans in the planter after planting corn. All of the loads from the Pioneer area of the field failed for traits and had dark hilum beans in them. I have been in contact with my dealer and a person from Pioneer since the day (10/7) the first load got rejected. My dealer treated the beans in the spring. The only thing that Pioneer is offering me to compensate the $18881 that I lost from not getting the premium and dumping them as regular beans is they will give me 90 units of seed beans for next year. The 90 units is the same amount that I had this year at $50 per unit that would only be $4500. They say that is all they can do because they can't find anywhere that they could have contaminated the seed. In the month that had passed with no offer I had ordered other beans and sighed up for the clear hilum non gmo bean program so I can't take their beans. The dealer has offered some reduced price on spreading lime as they can't find where they contaminated the beans. I am just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and could help. Thanks
