It could very well be a firmware issue but what cabling are you using?? The FM 750 & EZ Guide 500 use different cables when using autopilot. Make sure you’re using the right port replicator (75741 vs 62609), 500 uses a 62754 to talk to the Nav and a FM 750 does not.
