As an engineer you should be smart enough to know there is variable change with regards to CO2 concentration in a greenhouse vs in the atmosphere. When one can regulate temperature and provide for on demand water needs then yes plant growth is aided by CO2 concentration increase. Increase temperature and that gain is offset by increased water usage that may or may not accompany the increase CO2 when on a global scale.

And don’t play the “it’s such a small amount” card. Once again you should be well aware how small changes can affect material and processes. If you don’t stop playing “I am an engineer” card.
