In response to other posts about seeding rates, a fescue/kbg blend works well here at 250#/acre.
Works well enough here too but seeding it at the recommended rate of 10lbs/1000, it's going to crowd it enough to reduce the leaf size and texture. Making it look and feel more like a bluegrass lawn. I hate big leafy looking fescue.
