NE Iowa | I’d get an in person table and find a chiro that you think may be able to help. Once you do the surgery thing you are stuck with whatever the result of that surgery turns out to be.
I had two ruptured discs in my back 15-17 years ago. Was supposed to have surgery and knew a friend who had gone the surgery route and was totally s fewer up permanently. Found a chiro that had a decompression machine and I got the piss stretched out of me four days a week for 5 weeks. Worked well and I e not had problems since.
