You're idling 20% of your land?      As in you're letting it grow up to grass/weeds, won't graze it and won't be collecting a CRP/CREP type of payment on it?

If you're collecting a CRP/CREP payment on it, you're not idling that land.   You're renting it to the US taxpayer.
