I’ve gone back and forth on my vote. Initially I was a no on principle (it’s anti competition) but it would be hard to pass up that kind of massive equity payment - especially for my dad who’s near retirement.
Overall, I have not been impressed with how the Board has handled this from start to finish and the constant letters/texts/emails telling us to vote yes in the last week hasn’t helped.
Thoughts on the West Central/CHS buyout (W MN)?
