Hooker Twp,Ne | Went into hospital Oct 9 and they kicked me out of nursing home today. It’s far from perfect situation. I’m still non weight bearing on my left foot. Today doc said be until Jan 1 and then maybe 25%. First had surgery on ulcer under foot and then ankle repair. They call it Charcot foot. Guess it’s hereditary. Doc put me in boot today and I’ll probably be in it till sometime in March. This is longest I’ve ever sat still. But there’s still. No place like home. | |
