I’m far from an expert, but I would take it to mean tight spreads and strong basis aren’t a function of tight supply, but rather strong up front demand and very slow farmer selling. We know the farmer selling part will change, whether demand stays strong is a wild card. Seems unlikely for beans once we get to the big SA crop, corn tbd.
