Northern Indiana | Not 100% sure on your math, but 1 pint of 9% Zinc is .124lbs.
11lbs/gallon x .09 is basically 1 pound Zinc per gallon, divided by 8 for pints gives you .124lbs/pint.
But it isn’t true 9% Zinc in that product. It’s some amount mixed in to give a tenth of a percent total formulation. I also come up with .055lbs Zinc/ac (55 pounds x .001Zn)from that product at 5 gal/ac. So yeah it looks like you would be just under the half pint per acre range rather than a full pint. The equivalent of 7 ounces/ac of straight 9% zinc (.055lbs Zn/ac / .124lbs Zn/pint of 9% Zinc x 16 ounces/pint)
