If "we're making food from ethanol byproducts" is the point I missed, that would I would reply with my answer is "very little or very low conversion". Superficially is all sounds great that animals are eating semi loads of wet cake and gaining weight. The rationalization is easy to arrive at. The facts get lost when asked "how much food does a semi load of wet cake make?"
