Bavaria/Germany | Its a absolut mess with Agcos Precission Faring politics over the last 15 years!
Sarting with the Australian Beeline, which has been not realy working, than changing to Topcon what has been the same mess than changing to thier own development with Trimble and/or Noatel Antennas till last year current final descission to buy the AG Part of trimbel for 2 Billion US $ and a big German Farmsoftwwarecompany!
Nobody at Agco kno why the CEO has made the decission?
As he has been before the AGCO Job with John Deere its clear, that his "dream" is or better said today: was, to compete to John Deeres OPD center?!?!? But this will never happen because even Agco is currently running out of money for R&D....?!?!
But it seems, if good or bad, insite Agco it has been a decission wasteing 2 Billion US$ plus further developing costs.
the bad part is, that the Agco shareholders (like Tafe in India) are ver unhappy with the current CEO.... Because "wasting 2 Billion US$ and more for nothing?
Anaway, the Agco-Topcon products willnot be updated and willl run out!
If for Trimble it was real a good deal? Yes it was, because they got for their Agriculture crap very good money! From Agcomanagment site, nobody did realy look behind!
