Could you terminate it now in your location? Red clover can be a challenge to stop in the spring. Mine was sprayed after it was dinged by a couple of frosty mornings. I have read somewhere that legumes take in the herbicide more aggressively after a frost signals the end of the growing season. Probably depends on where you are in Ohio.
