I wouldn't be worried about damage to corn, 1 qt Roundup and 1 qt Surestart has been the standard 1 pass post program around here for years, and I've never seen any issues with it, even when it's way taller than the max height on the label. Other than it doesn't control Waterhemp, which has finally crept in the last few years.
