Don't think Columbia Grain is looking to be in the elevator business, last I knew they were selling all elevators and just wanted to deal with export facilities??
They sold their shuttle loading facility in Oakes, ND just a little over a year ago, this was a big facility that shipped probably 25-30 unit trains a year between corn/soybeans.
