SD/ND/FL		Overall, a pretty wild deal that the board decided to go against their fiduciary responsibility by refusing to entertain other offers.

The CEO of the co-op will now get to ride into the sunset with his $8 million transaction bonus.

Edited to say it's no longer a rumor and has been confirmed.
