SE Nebraska | I’m checking some rod and main bearings on a little 4 cylinder JD engine. The desired bearing clearance is .0012-.0042”. Plastigage ranges are .001-.003” for green and .002-.006” for red, so my bearing range is kinda smack dab right between the two. Which one should I use???
