I use that mix to winterize my sprayer. I don’t feel comfortable with anything less than a 50/50 mix but that’s just a gut feeling and it’s never frozen on me. But dang that’s a lot of 32 for what you’re needing to do. I’m sure there’s some way to figure out the freezing point of various mix ratios but that’s above my pay grade.
