swmn | Valves on boom lines really helps speed things up. This is what I do. Have never had a problem. Suck rinse tank water into main tank. Circulate for a couple minutes. Spray it out. Fill rinse tank and put 400 gallons of water in main tank with cleaner. Circulate that through inductor, agitation, and rinse balls for maybe 20-30 minutes. Spray it out. During this time we go along and open end boom valves to flush boom ends and also flush filters also. Spray remaining product through tips. Then we suck rinse tank into main again. Circulate for a few minutes again through everything. Spray it out tips and done. Load sprayer and go. |
