4- Cardinal rule before spraying beans. Or veg crops too in my case. DO NOT FILL THE SPRAYER HOURS BEFORE OR EVENING BEFORE you spray that crop. Keep clean water in your nurse tank and fill sprayer immediately before spraying. When water sits in sprayer it sucks all kinds of nasty stuff out of the plastic tank.


I had never heard this. Thanks. I bought a 300-gallon landscape sprayer that needs some modification for spraying tomatoes next year.

What vegetable crops do you raise? Any sizeable amount of tomatoes, potatoes, or sweet potatoes?
