| Boy that's a new one on me. https://cowboystatedaily.com/2024/11/26/utah-officials-tell-people-t... no way in heck would I try that! So Thanksgiving here will be turkey and ham. However one neice has married a Nigerian fellow. So no telling what's up for tomorrow. At the wedding dinner, well let's just say their hot favoring of food isn't for me. If it was my choice we would be having a lamb roast. But I have no say in those matters.
My mother's family were turkey producers in central Utah, and also milked cows. Fathers family were sheep producers so we always tried to give equal billing for both species.
