There is also no one on here that can tell you that you are doing it right. I hope you have it all figured out, but there are a million different ways to do things and many of them can be effective in different environments or operations. To act like everyone else is doing it wrong is ridiculous. There are thousands of new trends in agriculture that are being sold as the only way to do things. In the end, most of them will be proven to be snake oil just like many from the past.
