I believe all laws are federal. But being from one of the other woke states yours may have more. But I have a nephew that designs and builds suppressers for Surefire. The feds issue permits and charge fees.


That was harsh! We kill more deer opening weekend than all of you put together shoot all year long. Dang sure don’t need no permission. If you were talking to our friend in Illinois I apologize.
