The three players that I could think of that are interested in naturally raised pigs are niman ranch, lynch livestock and old fashion pork.

There is a reason why the facilities are valued at the point there at. I can probably think of ten farms in MO that most likely are sitting empty right now. Production can be more challenging than northern and arid climates and costs of operation is generally higher in that region. With that said, if this farm is in operation and priced right, you may have a great opportunity to turn a quick buck just to liquidate inventory, forward outlook margins are high and you guys are probably drowning in corn this year, i.e. good basis.
