just a tish NE of central ND | I occasionally have a dead or low battery on a 2013 half ton Silverado that isn't a daily drive. Occasional..... as in / sometimes it doesn't get started for 3 weeks or more at certain times of year. THEN the battery either sounds low or is too low to crank.
Is it true that leaving the key in the ignition is what is draining the battery power out and will removing it give me a more indefinite retaining of the battery power? Can it make a month or two or 6 months without starting if the key is removed? |
