Do you ever use the cd player?
My 2013 has random issues with the CD player and recognizing the presence or lack thereof a cd. If I eject a cd and leave it out even while using radio, randomly you could hear the cd player trying to eject the missing cd. Don’t notice when driving, or with radio on. Sitting still while parked randomly you could hear it. Temporary fix, just leave a blank cd in it all the time. Mines been this way for a year now.
