There were some really great tractors built in the mid-90's. NH Genesis, CaseIH boxcar magnums, JD 7200, 7210 ,7400 ,7410. The Genesis and Magnums would have more HP than you're looking for. I personally would be looking for a Ford or New Holland 8670. I'm not sure how the lower HP series 8260, 8560 have held up, but those would be an option as well.
