I would think you could buy into new planter with your $47,000. Then work at gifting planter out to respective parties. However, definitely question for accountant that does your work. Really try to use old equipment or trucks trailers as trade when purchasing new so we only pay tax on trade difference. We presell our stuff, then run paperwork through dealership if buying from dealer.
