Was the cash offered to buy all the equity? So patrons the West Central patrons start with zero equity in CHS? Or is CHS moving the west central patrons equity right into equal CHS equity?
Just curious.
Edit: how many years back was West Central fully paid out on the patronage ? 5 years? 10 years?
