I got a steady steer, 800 and 7500 kit for about $10,000 a while back, so if saving money is your goal, that may not be your best choice. You would be fine to stick with your original plan but get a 7500 and OnTrac3. GPS receiver is one thing you won't go wrong with it you're doing swath control.
