| If removing the entire console, that's not the proper way. The throttle is attached inside the arm rest frame.
It has 2 large nuts on the bottom below the arm rest, around 3/8" size.. I think one you just need to loosen one, and remove the other one. Then disconnect the eletrical. There's a bunch of torn bolts that are accessed from the underside of the arm rest.
To remove the throttle cover iirc you just lift after removing the 2 bolts you've removed. It's been a while since I've done one, but I don't remember exactly. | |
