How about a dealer network?  If they had all the dealers that were around when Allis went under they likely could sell equipment in whatever brand they wanted.  From what I've heard they are already more aggressive with demos than CIH and Deere.  Fendt has a good name, Rogator seems like it would keep doing fine as Fendt, The Ideal is a step in the right direction to compete with CIH and Deere, planting equipment is as advanced as anything and they own Precision Planting, and hay and tillage tools have a good name.  Deere has more dealers than anyone with CIH a close second.  If they have more dealers and their parts departments on point I can't see how they don't gain a great deal of market share over the big 2.
