Plantronics voyager legend. Leave on all the time. Have tried the full headsets and can stand them against my ear for very long. Don’t even notice this plantronics. Most important tool on the farm…downside is have to by one every 6-10 months. Seems like it starts cutting in and out for the person in the other end. I buy 3-6 at a time for $30 off of eBay. Can’t stand talking on the phone without one
