I am always in charge of the bird.13 minutes per lb. no stuffing,just one large apple sliced in 1/4's put in cavityand a bunch of rosemary.Salt pepper curry powder garlic powder on bird surface.Sprinkled 350 degrees in the oven on a rack in a pan.Done right on time.Close family couldnt get here,invited some extended family and some whom had no where to go.Super evening.
