| The trouble is, there are no greener pastures than Niman that I know of, unless you can make direct marketing work. But, the pasture isn't that green. And I can logically see why it won't get any greener. With the amount of hogs they've rolled recently, as a company, they have no incentive to increase the price paid to the farmer. There's too many hogs, lol. But you look at what we get, and what Niman charges the consumer, somebody is pocketing some serious money along the way. :) | |
