| They are selling it because they "forgot" to pay their property tax for 3 years and the hog farm sold on the court house steps to a local realtor. They are now leasing it from him and he refuses to sell it to them and he is sticking it to them on the price because he knows he can. They are working on building a new farm and once they get it built, they are letting the lease go in this one and then the realtor plans to sell it. | |
