N.E. MO | I actually went to the one in Hannibal on Saturday. First time having KFC in probably 4 years, but I had a craving for it. Pulled into the drive through and the gal said it would be a few minutes. After about 10, I pulled over and walked inside. Only two people working in there. They were working plenty hard, but the place was none too clean. Took 27 minutes to get my food (I checked).
No complaints about the food itself. I had it built up a little too much in my head, but it was good. But the way the store was run and the lack of help will probably ensure that I won’t be back to that restaurant any time soon. | |
