We also bring our own beef and pork with us. My favorite is grilling, especially when on vacation. However we found a butcher shop that sells their own beef so I bought a couple steaks. They were good, but could tell they weren't corn fed. Other than expensive I would recommend. This is near Homosassa Florida. I should say that I don't buy steak, so maybe I'm out of touch with how much it costs, lol


If you pull one of your own steers out of the yard and pay to have it butchered, you know exactly how much it costs  :)
