Hooker Twp,Ne | Have school district wants to spend 27 million for add on and remodel. Appr 500 kids 100 of them opt in kids. Opt in kids state pays partial but they need more room. I say quit taking opt in. 1500 acre average Dryland farm in area will cost appr $12000/ year. $33/day. Value of superintendent house comes to about $3/ day. This is for 20 yrs. Will cost average Dryland farm near quarter million dollars. And this dont count the extra cost to cool,heat,clean,insurance,maintenance, extra teachers,etc. etc. which goes on operating levi. | |
