Hooker Twp,Ne | I think the school superintendents seen the exemptions that were recieved this year and now what to try to use that as a buying power for new buildings. State needs to make law that building bond are levi strictly on home and first 3 acres under it. Not on businesses and farmland. Local ethanol plant will end up paying 7% of the bond plus interest and guess who will take the brunt of that again. Thing is this 27 million bond ends up being 40 million by time interest is add over 20 yrs. | |
