Not saying EVERY "wetland" needs to be drained, but NRCS/FSA needs to have a major rethink on what constitutes as a "wetland". Plus, if we have a little more wiggle room for draining, prevent plant all but disappears, saving taxpayers money. Isn't that the end goal?
