| Outside of your thigh towards your knee?
Possibly your I.T. bands.
I've had chronic knee pain for a few years now and my acupressureist (NOT the needles, pressure only) just started working on my I.T. bands and my knee pain is MUCH better after her only working on them for two sessions.
I've been seeing her for quite a while and it's the first time she wandered there in a session.
Between the acupressure and chiropractor I've been doing much better.
You don't have much to loose by trying, both if done properly are non invasive. | |
