| There was one outfit on Facebook called "Dakota Storm Stalkers" that was famous for doing that. They eventually got into a sparing match with one of the TV meteorologists from Bismarck and they got shut down.
We're somewhere in the 3-6 band here, though the 6-12 band isn't too far south. Hoping we get a dry slot somewhere too. Had my hopes up for a early plantinf season, but I shouldve known better since it's a late Easter | |
